Meet John, owner of Refined Plumbing and Gas Inc. John is dedicated to providing expert plumbing and gas services with a commitment to honesty. He never wants his clients to feel pressured for services, especially ones they don't need. His main goal is to empower his clients to be able to make confident decisions for their homes. He specializes in installing and maintaining tankless hot water systems, having completed Navien certification in California in 2023. John lives in Kelowna with his wife and 2 kids. He loves to go for hikes, watch sports, and have dance parties with his kids.

John has helped us with several plumbing and heating issues in our home over the last 4 years. He has replaced leaky taps, removed a laundry room sink, hooked up our dishwasher, replaced toilets, and installed a tankless water heater and water filtration system(for which he provides annual servicing). He is punctual, kind, hard working, tidy and most importantly, patiently explains the reasoning behind all the work he is doing. During his last visit to our house, to replace a manufacturer's faulty part, he kindly serviced a loose tap without charge.
